I know you love Korean food so here's my take on KImchi Jiggae. (Kimchi Stew)

The picture was taken while it's smoking.
Ingredients: (Bought in a supermarket) 1 kilo of pork shoulder (kasim - cut into smaller bite-size pieces) 2 small bottles of kimchi 1 stalk of chopped leek 4 cloves of minced garlic 1 medium-sized chopped onion 1 pack of tofu (sliced into small rectangles or squares) 1/2 pork cube water cooking oil sesame oil
Instructions: 1. Fry pork in oil. 2. Once browned, include garlic and onion until cooked. 3. Pour the kimchi in the pan and mix. 4. Once cooked and slightly wilted, 5. Pour water and add pork cubes. 6. Cover the lid and let it boil in medium heat for 4-5 minutes. 7. Once water is slightly reduced, put sliced tofu on top and cover the lid again. 8. Let it cook in low heat for 2-3 minutes. 9. Once the tofu is cooked, put leeks on top. 10. Douse a little amount of sesame oil.
Enjoy!
Nice!
